Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.

Delivery then typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reach your home.

During peak periods, processing may take up to 6 business days before shipment.
We ship via standard postal services and do not use pickup points.


My order is not complete

Since we operate multiple warehouses and work with different manufacturers, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Please don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at the same time.

Our average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, but some packages may take slightly longer.

However, if you have not received your order within 35 business days, we will issue a full refund, and you may keep the item when it arrives.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification by emailing info@chiensroyaux.com.

After this time, your order will likely have already been shipped, and we will not be able to make changes.


What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

Despite our careful selection of trusted shipping partners, your package may occasionally arrive damaged.

If this happens, or in case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@chiensroyaux.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
  • A photo or video

You will not need to return the item, and we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.
