These GTC govern the online sale of products offered by Chiens Royaux.

Acceptance of the GTC is notably confirmed through the checkbox during checkout and has the same value as a signature.

The Seller shall not be held liable in cases of improper product use, normal wear and tear, force majeure, Customer fault, or delays attributable to the carrier.
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the property of Chiens Royaux or are used with authorization.
Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws in Québec and Canada.
If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain applicable.
These GTC are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montréal, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
The parties shall seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
