Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, except in exceptional cases required by applicable law, no refund or exchange may be granted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition as received
  • in its original packaging

(except in the case of a defective product).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-related reasons, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • opened intimate or sanitary products
  • gift cards
  • any item returned used, damaged, or incomplete
  • any product identified as non-returnable on the product page

This list is not exhaustive.

Valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return Procedure

Any return or exchange request must be authorized in advance by Chiens Royaux.

The Customer must complete the official return form before sending any item:

The return address will only be provided after the request has been approved.

Any package returned without prior authorization or without a completed form may be refused.

Refund Procedure

Once your request has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation indicating whether the refund has been approved or denied.

Unless otherwise specified, refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

If a refund to the original payment method is requested and approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period following inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • check your bank account
  • contact your credit card issuer
  • contact your financial institution

Sale Items

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, promotional or final sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases of Seller error or defective products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

For any return valued over €50, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Chiens Royaux cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
