Delivery Costs

  • All orders include a flat shipping fee of €4.90
  • Free shipping is available on orders over €50
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout

All orders include a tracking number.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can track your order directly using the link provided, or through your local postal service.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.


Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days after processing.

Please note:

  • Delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs

Shipping Carriers

We work with international logistics partners to deliver your order.

Final delivery in France is typically handled by La Poste or a local delivery partner.


Split Shipments

As we work with multiple warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

If this happens, you may receive items at different times.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

If your order is not delivered within 35 business days, you may be eligible for a full refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Address changes are only possible before processing
  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us:

  • You may choose between reshipment or a refund (excluding shipping fees)
  • Requests can only be processed once the package is received back

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
